The flexible forefoot panel extends into a separate big-toe section, while the other toes remain exposed. Small perforations run across the fabric. The heel strap adjusts at the side so you can arrange the sleeve without pulling the front panel unnecessarily tight.

Can I adjust the strap?
Yes. Use the small side slider to adjust the heel strap, keeping the fit comfortable rather than tight.
Can it be worn inside shoes?
Only in footwear with enough room for the sleeve and your toes. Stop if it creates rubbing or pressure; it should not be used to make tight shoes fit.
Will it get rid of a bunion?
No. It is a wearable support sleeve, not a treatment that removes a bunion or guarantees lasting changes to toe alignment.
