A liner adds material and reduces available space. It may help with a slightly roomy heel but cannot correct a shoe that is the wrong size or shape. Adhesion varies with the shoe material and condition. Take extra care with delicate linings; removal may leave marks or reduce the adhesive's grip. View product guide

KEEP YOUR FAVORITE SHOES IN ROTATION

A small adjustment to shoes you already love.

Sometimes a shoe feels right through the toes but leaves too much room behind the heel. These shaped liners add a layer of padding at that back edge, with a short tab that folds forward under the heel. The targeted placement lets you adjust the rear of the shoe without adding a full-length insole.

  • T-shaped padding for the inside heel area.
  • A dotted face and adhesive backing.
  • Pack choices for two, three or five pairs of shoes.

THE DESIGN, UP CLOSE

The shape does two jobs.

Each beige liner has a broad, curved upper panel, a narrower waist and a longer oval tab below. The upper section follows the inside back of the shoe; the tab folds forward onto the heel area of the footbed. Raised dots texture the surface that meets your heel or sock.

Curved upper panel

Adds cushioning where the inside heel wall meets your foot.

Under-heel tab

Folds onto the footbed to help keep the pad arranged in two directions.

Adhesive backing

Peel and position on a clean, dry lining, following the fitting instructions.

MAKE IT PART OF YOUR ROUTINE

Take a moment to get the placement right.

Check the fit before peeling the backing. Hold the liner inside the shoe with the curved panel just below the collar and the tab folded forward under the heel. Make sure it does not crowd your foot or create an edge that rubs.

A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

Arrange it around you.

  1. 01

    Clean and check

Clean the inside rear lining and let it dry fully. Test the position before removing the backing.

  2. 02

    Position the panel

Peel as directed, align below the collar and press the upper panel smoothly onto the heel wall.

  3. 03

    Set the tab

Fold the lower tab flat onto the footbed, press into place and allow the adhesive to set before wearing.

FIT & EVERYDAY CARE

A little attention makes the difference.

For a small gap

A liner adds material and reduces available space. It may help with a slightly roomy heel but cannot correct a shoe that is the wrong size or shape.

Check the lining

Adhesion varies with the shoe material and condition. Take extra care with delicate linings; removal may leave marks or reduce the adhesive's grip.

Keep it ready for the next day

Air shoes between wears and check that the liner remains flat and secure. Replace a pad if the edge lifts, the surface wears out or it begins to rub. Treat application as a single placement rather than moving the same adhesive liner repeatedly between shoes.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little more clarity.

Does one pair mean one liner or two?

One pair contains two individual liners, one for each shoe.

Why does the first picture show six pads?

The default selection is the 3-Pair Pack, containing six individual liners.

Will these fit every shoe?

No. Check the heel shape, lining and remaining space. Shallow or already tight shoes may not have room for a liner.

Can I move them to another pair of shoes?

Removing a liner can reduce its adhesive grip. Plan the placement first and use a fresh pair for another set of shoes.
