The shoes you reach for every day can feel different with a new layer inside. These full-length inserts combine flexible EVA with raised panels across the forefoot, arch and heel. The textured upper surface gives a more noticeable underfoot feel than a smooth insole, while the shaped outline follows the inside of your shoe.

Each color has its own raised panel pattern over a full-length base. Small magnetic inserts sit within the surface; choose these insoles for their construction and underfoot feel, without expecting a medical effect from the magnets.

Start with the shoes you know.
Try them first in roomy everyday lace-up shoes with removable insoles. Compare the new insert with the original before trimming, then take a short walk indoors to check toe room, heel hold and the feel of the raised panels.

Compare the fit
Remove the shoe's original removable insole and compare its length and outline with the new one.

Trim gradually if needed
Use the original insole as a guide and make small adjustments at the toe edge. Keep the raised pads and embedded inserts intact.

Check the feel
Lay both insoles flat, textured side up. Start briefly and remove them if they cause pressure, rubbing or discomfort.

Compare with your existing removable insole before cutting. Measurements refer to the insole, not your foot.
Allow enough shoe space
Length alone does not determine fit. Check the forefoot width, available depth and whether your heel still sits securely.
Know about the magnets
These contain magnetic inserts. If you use a pacemaker, insulin pump or another implanted device, ask your clinician before use.
Keep it ready for the next day
Remove the insoles from shoes to air between uses. Follow the included cleaning guidance and let them dry fully away from direct heat. Check that the surface and inserts remain intact before wearing.

A little more clarity.
Will these fit every shoe?
No. You need enough internal width and depth as well as the right length. Very snug shoes may not have room for this textured design.
Can I trim them?
The toe edge can be adjusted gradually to your shoe's shape. Do not cut through raised panels or embedded inserts.
Do the magnets provide proven pain relief?
No pain-relief result is promised. Choose these for the cushioning and textured surface rather than magnetic therapy.
Should I keep my existing insole underneath?
Usually start by replacing a removable original insole. Stacking layers can make the shoe cramped or lift your heel too high.
