Check the whole shoe
Allow room over the toes and around the heel. Stop using an insert that creates pressure, rubbing, numbness or pain.
Keep it ready for the next day
Air the insoles outside the shoes after use. Follow the included cleaning directions and dry fully away from direct heat. Check the top fabric and support shell for damage before putting them back.

Do I leave my original liner in place?
Start by replacing a removable original liner. Two layers may make your shoe too tight or lift your heel.
Do all the pairs in a bundle come in one size?
Yes. The size you select applies to every pair in that pack.
Will they permanently correct my foot shape?
No permanent correction is promised. Evaluate their comfort and support while worn in properly fitting shoes.
