Allow room for the contour
The raised arch and heel need internal shoe depth. Avoid adding this on top of a liner if it makes your shoe tight.

Keep it ready for the next day
Take the insoles out to air between uses. Follow the included care directions, dry fully away from direct heat and inspect the fabric and bonded layers for wear.
