A framed brace needs a careful fit from the start. This design combines curved upper and lower shell sections with a side hinge, padding and broad fastening straps. The knee area stays open, while the frame extends above and below it. Left and Right are separate options, so choose the side you need before selecting the color.

The rigid shell sections have visible openings and sit over padded fabric. Broad straps and buckles secure the brace around the leg. This model also has mechanical adjustment components: fitting and hinge settings should follow the product instructions and a qualified clinician's guidance, rather than guesswork.

Measure and choose
Measure above and below the kneecap as shown in the guide, then select Left or Right and your color.

Position with guidance
Follow the included fitting instructions to align the frame and hinge. Have a clinician guide any therapeutic settings.

Secure the straps comfortably and check for slipping or edge pressure. Recheck the fit as directed.

Measure around the leg at points 6 in (15.2 cm) above and below the center of the kneecap. These are leg measurements, not the brace's external dimensions.
Use both measurements
Measure the circumference 6 inches above and 6 inches below the center of the kneecap. Both measurements should be considered; being within the guide does not guarantee a comfortable fit.
Mechanical settings need care
Do not improvise hinge, alignment or range-of-motion changes. Remove the brace if it causes numbness or increased pain, and seek help with the fit.
Keep it ready for the next day
Follow the included cleaning instructions for the frame, padding and straps. Keep mechanical parts dry, inspect fastenings before use and do not dismantle the hinge without the appropriate guidance.
