THE DESIGN, UP CLOSE
A simple shape, with room to adjust.
The broad U-shaped body wraps around an open center, with two short fastening ends at the front. A circular air-control section is built into one side. Its soft surface and rounded seams distinguish it from a pillow filled with a fixed block of foam.

Front snap fastening
The small front tabs join with a snap; adjust the air level so the pillow rests comfortably.

Position the pillow comfortably and close the front snap only if it allows an easy, unrestricted fit.

Release the air gently, ensure the surface is dry, and fold without forcing the air-control hardware.

Choose a comfortable air level
More air feels firmer; less air allows more give. The pillow should not push the chin down or feel tight around the neck.
Use it for seated rest
Use while resting as a passenger or in a chair. Keep your head free to move; it is not a restraint or flotation device.
Keep it ready for the next day
Wipe gently with a clean damp cloth as directed by the care label, then air dry completely. Keep sharp objects and excessive heat away from the air-filled body; do not machine wash or tumble dry.
