THE DESIGN, UP CLOSE
A closer look from every side.
The beige top, yellow middle layer, gray underside shell and green heel insert make the construction easy to distinguish. The rear section holds a defined shape, while the forefoot remains lower to sit inside the front of your shoe.

The raised middle section offers a different feel from a flat liner; comfort still depends on your foot and shoe.

The shaped rear edge helps position your heel within the insole.

Choose the pair that belongs in your shoes.
Use a favorite pair of roomy lace-up shoes for the first fitting. Compare the new insoles with the removable liners you already use. A multi-pair pack lets you prepare more than one pair of shoes, but check the fit in each separately.

Compare the original liner
Take out the removable insole and compare length, width and heel shape with the new insert.

Adjust the toe outline
If needed, trim a little from the forefoot edge using the original as a guide. Leave the shaped arch and heel structure intact.

Ease into the contour
Place fabric side up and start with a short indoor walk. Check for pressure or heel lift before extending use.

Use the measurements and your existing removable liner to compare fit. Do not cut into the arch shell or heel cup.
Check shape as well as size
The raised arch must feel comfortable beneath your foot. Do not force the insert into a narrow shoe or tolerate a sharp pressure point.
Leave room around your foot
The layered heel and arch take up space. Make sure your toes can move and your heel stays securely inside the shoe.
Keep it ready for the next day
Air the insoles outside the shoes after use. Follow the included cleaning instructions, allow them to dry fully and keep away from direct heat. Replace an insert if the layers become damaged or separate.

Are these custom orthotics?
No. These are ready-made contoured insoles. A clinician can advise if you need an individually prescribed or fitted device.
Will they permanently change my arches?
No permanent change is promised. The contour provides support while the insole is in your shoe.
Can I use the same size in several shoes?
Check each shoe individually. Internal shape and depth can vary even when the marked shoe size is the same.
Does the bundle contain mixed sizes?
Each bundle uses the size selected in the purchase area. Choose a separate pack if you need another size.
